But, I have a “strong feeling” that plastic surgery has played a part in his appearance.

I doubt it.
Jackson appeared to have natural double eyelids so this is not something he needs to get done. You can see them clearly when he was younger.
The reason why his eyes look different at times is probably due to makeup.

Jackson’s nose looks very different in these pictures and I don’t think contouring alone is enough to create such a contrast.
His nose bridge is noticeably higher and thinner. His nose tip is slimmer and pointier too.

Jackson’s face has gotten slimmer in recent years.
This resulted in a smaller jawline and a more defined chin.
To be fair, the Asian rapper has lost some weight which may have contributed to this. But there seem to be more cookies in the jar.
